Three ways to sign in, plus what to do when you forget your password.
You can sign in with whichever detail you remember most easily. The login screen has three tabs, and they all lead to the same account.

Open the app and tap Log in.

Choose Email, User Name or Mobile Number.

Type that detail and your password, then tap Log in.
Forgotten your password? Tap Forgot Password on the same screen. We send a code to your registered contact details, you confirm it, and then you can set a new password.
